Kids Kung Fu combines movement, discipline, and traditional values to help children grow stronger — inside and out. Through structured training and expert guidance, kids build coordination, confidence, and the ability to persevere.

We address today’s challenges — screen time, inactivity, and low self-esteem — by instilling a “non-quitting spirit,” encouraging good habits, and promoting health.

Kids Kung Fu Creed:

Whether you're looking to get in shape, relieve stress, or gain practical self-defense skills, our adult Kung Fu classes are for you. Our welcoming community and expert instructors help you build strength, endurance, and confidence.

Style Focus: Choy Li Fut Kung Fu One of the most complete martial arts systems, Choy Li Fut is effective, flowing, and powerful. You'll learn:

  • Long and short-range techniques

  • Kicks, sweeps, and takedowns

  • Pressure point strikes

  • Circular movement and relaxed power

SPARRING & SELF-DEFENSE (Teens & Adults)

Want to Learn How to Spar — Safely?

This class welcomes all experience levels and teaches real-world sparring in a safe, supervised environment. Beginners progress gradually with light contact. Advanced students explore timing, counter-attacks, and competition strategies.

You’ll Learn:

  • Defensive awareness

  • Footwork and distancing

  • Controlled sparring techniques

Required Equipment:

  • 16 oz gloves

  • Mouthguard

  • Shin pads

  • Groin cup (males)

Select kids may attend with instructor approval.

YANG STYLE TAI CHI (Adults of All Ages)

Balance. Strength. Peace of Mind.

Tai Chi is meditation in motion — a practice that strengthens the body, calms the mind, and supports long-term wellness. Our program follows the full Yang style lineage, as taught by Grandmaster Doc Fai Wong.
